This is a virtual community created by Lori Bregman to empower and support women throughout their journey to motherhood and beyond. Lead by Lori and her incredible tribe of experts, the mama portal offers expert-driven, conscious content, workshops, tools, mindful practices and resources that will inspire, educate, and empower you whether you are trying to conceive, pregnant, birthing  and /or are a new or seasoned mama. No matter where you are in your journey, you will gather priceless information as well as connect with a supportive community of other like-minded mamas that will help you thrive.  Lori believes in a world where women support women. Over the past 20+ years I’ve supported women, developed my practice and along the way have gained an incredible tribe of experts.  While teaching my virtual classes, I’ve seen how important community, support and education is needed for women throughout all stages of motherhood. Its become clear to me that women are craving this type of support and connection. One of the many positive things the pandemic has done is to open up and be able to  broaden our circle, connect with new people and access information virtually.  Now you can hang with me and my badass tribe and other amazing  like minded women from all over the world in the comfort of your own home. 

Although I love working with women 1;1, I am at a place in my life where I want to support and share my wisdom and resources with as many women as possible in an accessible way, and so the mama portal was born.  

The intention of this platform is for women to gather together in a supportive, safe and non-judgmental space. There is so much hate and pitting against each other in the world right now and my hope is that each member of this community feels supported, heard and respected, no matter what their choices are. The Mama portal was created to be a sacred space to share without being shamed for seeing or doing things differently. We have a no mom bashing policy. If you are not operating from a supportive and compassionate place, your membership will be revoked immediately. Motherhood is hard enough, and there will be no mom shaming on my watch! Mamaste
